Join Chef Chris Richards for a special cooking demonstration with cider! Chef will utilize his restaurant background to deliver a delicious dish, crafted from cider you. Recipes will be posted after the event.

Presented by: Danielle Von Scheiner of Big Apple Hard Cider
Learn how to make hard cider with up and coming Big Apple Hard Cider. Through an interactive demonstration, Danielle will show attendees how to make hard cider at home and what tools are necessary. The program will cover the basics of cider making for the home-scale hard cider lover by describing what it takes to make your own personal pint of hard cider from one gallon of cider.

Danielle is the founder, CEO and Cidermaster of Big Apple Hard Cider. A fifth generation winemaker, Danielle has been immersed in local, small batch production of fruit wines of all kinds her entire life.
Inspired by the intricate and personal connections that happen over a glass of anything, Danielle's latest project focuses on a collection of ciders that complement the everyday the energy of the city.
