I bought a ticket and now I can't find it/can't print it, what do I do?

Is there an age limit to get into the show?
No one under the age of 21 will be allowed entrance in the festival! This includes designated drivers who must also be at least 21 years of age. NO children, toddlers, infants, strollers, or pets are permitted. No one will be admitted without a valid photo ID (no exceptions). Proper identification is the responsibility of the attendee. Failure to present proper, valid photo identification (driver’s license or passport) will result in denial of entry with no refund offered.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The festival is an indoor event with food trucks and designated smoking areas outdoors.
What does admission include?
Each paid general admission includes a souvenir tasting cup and the freedom to enjoy samples from any participating cidermaker. Designated drivers do not receive a tasting cup and are not permitted to sample any alcohol but do receive bottled water. All attendees have access to free festival seminars and the museums exhibits on display.
Will food be available for purchase?
Yes, food is available for purchase. It is not included in the price of admission.
What is the entrance fee for Designated Drivers?
A designated driver ticket is $12.00++ and includes a bottle of water. You will not be permitted to sample any alcoholic beverages at the festival. Designated drivers do NOT receive a tasting cup. Any designated driver who is seen drinking at the festival will be escorted out immediately. Designated drivers must be 21+ and present valid photo ID for entry.
Do designated drivers need to be 21?
YES. No one under 21 will be admitted into the festival. Designated drivers, like everyone else, must show valid photo ID before being admitted into the festival.
Can I bring outside food or beverage to the festival?
No outside food or beverages will be permitted.
Will there be parking available?
Yes, there is free onsite parking available for 200 vehicles.
Are there hotels in the area?
Yes, the following are hotels in the area. However, neither Pour the Core nor its producers are affiliated with any hotel or offer any discounted room rates. All event participants are responsible for their own lodging. The list below includes lodging options located within a short distance from the venue (other options are located at a further distance). Please make sure to do your research on the form of lodging that you decide on to make sure it is the right fit for you.

What if I have problems buying my tickets online?
If you are having problems buying your ticket, please call 1-877-987-6487 to purchase your ticket by phone.
Are children or pets permitted to attend?
NO children, toddlers, infants, strollers or pets are permitted into the festival.
Is smoking permitted at the festival?
Smoking (including e-cig and vape pens) is not allowed inside the museum. However, there is a designated smoking area in the front of the building.
Is the event wheelchair accessible?
YES, the venue is wheelchair accessible. However, neither the venue or the production company provide wheelchairs.
What items are prohibited?
Starfish Junction Productions is dedicated to the safety and security of ALL attendees, exhibitors, staffers, and guests. Please use common sense and remember that what seems harmless to you may appear like a threat to someone else. All attendees must adhere to show rules, are subject to search upon entering the event, and are prohibited from bringing in the following items:
· outside alcohol, glass bottles, cans, outside food/beverages, metal water bottles
· weapons (i.e. knives, pepper spray, stun-guns, any concealed weapons, firearms, etc.), illegal drugs, chemicals, fireworks, smoke bombs
· unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.
Event management reserves the right to handle each occurrence on a case by case basis. Depending on the item, the guest may either be asked to remove the item from the facility or dispose of the item, or may be ejected from the facility.
Can I bring a bag to the event?
Yes, bags are subject to search by security. Bags should be limited in size to small handbags/purses.
Are group tickets available?
Yes, groups of 10 or more persons can buy discounted tickets together. Please see the ticket page for additional information.
Is there a senior or military discount on tickets?
Yes, seniors (over 55 in age), active military and veterans can purchase a ticket to the event at a discounted rate. Please see the ticket page for additional information.
Are photos taken at this event?
Yes, look out for our event photographer at the event and strike a pose. Check back here, at the event website, and/or on the event's Facebook page for photos after the event to see if you are included in the event photo album. Some photos of attendees may be used for promotional purposes; as a ticketholder of the event, you grant us permission to do so and for your likeness to be used.
